			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here is my workout plan for the first three weeks. As you can see, I plan to do a lot of stretching. Stretching is definitely one of my weak areas. I also take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra. The classes are 1 hour, which includes 15 minutes of intense warm-up, 30 minutes of technique, followed by 15 minutes of live training. I will take two classes Monday and Wednesday, and one class Tuesday and Thursday. I will also take one class on Saturday depending on whether I feel rested. I don&#8217;t plan on doing the Kenpo X since I do some punching and kicking in jiu jitsu class.<strong></strong></p>
